Quality Engineer – Automotive (German & English)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the development, validation and industrialisation of automotive mechanical components. Working in a hybrid model (3 days on‑site, 2 days remote), you will collaborate with engineering, testing and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and compliance with OEM requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in product FMEA/DFMEA activities during development phases.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, internal standards and applicable regulations.
• Support product homologation and maintain traceability of special characteristics across documentation.
• Participate in design reviews with engineering teams.
• Define control plans, gauges and control systems.
• Coordinate prototype and sample deliveries according to customer specifications.
• Define and manage DVP/PVT validation plans together with testing teams.
• Analyse test results and collaborate on technical countermeasure definition.
• Work closely with manufacturing quality teams during product industrialisation.
• Act as a technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in product quality, development quality or validation of mechanical components.
• Experience in the automotive sector or Tier 1 environment.
• Fluent in Spanish, English and German (spoken and written).
