Quality Manager – Build and Lead Quality Function

About the role

As a Quality Manager you will have a real impact from day one, building the quality function and its foundations from scratch. You will work side‑by‑side with the technical team, combining strategic planning with hands‑on execution to shape how quality is embedded across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve quality processes and standards.
• Strengthen ways of working and ensure alignment with product cybersecurity compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to embed quality thinking in daily activities.
• Contribute to the company culture and promote a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Prepare the function for future growth, with the potential to lead the area as the company scales.

Required profile

• Senior quality professional who enjoys creating structure and clarity.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Solid experience in quality management, good judgment and strong motivation to help a growing company evolve.
• Technical or engineering background is a plus.
• Ownership mindset and ability to build collaborative solutions.
