Quality Manager

About the role

Orbik is looking for a senior Quality Manager to build and lead its quality function from the ground up. You will work side‑by‑side with the technical team, combining strategic planning with hands‑on execution to shape processes and drive a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the quality management system, establishing foundations from scratch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define and improve processes.
• Develop and enforce standards, procedures, and best practices that ensure product cybersecurity compliance.
• Balance strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Contribute to Orbik’s cultural development and promote a collaborative environment.

• Senior quality professional with a passion for creating structure and clarity.
• Hands‑on mindset and ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Proven experience in quality management, good judgment, and strong motivation to support a growing company.
• Technical or engineering background is a plus.
