React Native Developer (Mobile Apps)

About the role

We are an early‑stage startup building a mobile app that creates positive digital experiences. We seek a highly skilled React Native Developer who is passionate about building products that help people and scale user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑performance mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and marketing teams.
• Help shape the product and technical direction of the app.
• Optimize app performance and user experience.
• Participate in feature planning and product‑strategy discussions.
• Contribute proactive ideas beyond coding.

Required profile

• Strong experience with React Native.
• Proven track record of creating and publishing mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Native or fluent English communication skills.
• Positive, startup‑mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work from our Madrid office at least twice a week.
