Real Estate Agent – Uncapped Commission Opportunities

About the role

We're looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and matching them with suitable living spaces. This role offers uncapped commission potential for those who are entrepreneurial and results‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property showings and host open houses as required.
• Acquire new property listings and maintain an up‑to‑date client database.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose appropriate solutions.
• Perform comparative market analyses to estimate property values.
• Negotiate offers, advise on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements and ensure fair dealings.
• Prepare and manage necessary paperwork, including client due diligence for buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate site visits, photography, and collaborate with appraisers, attorneys, mortgage lenders, inspectors, developers and contractors.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, listing services and social‑media platforms.

Required profile

• Valid vehicle in good working condition.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Highly self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Social‑media savvy and ability to market properties online.
• Police Certificate of Character.
• Minimum 5 CXC O’Levels; diploma in Sales & Marketing or related qualification is an asset.
• At least 2 years B2B sales experience and 2 years real‑estate or insurance experience with a track record of success.
