Recruiter – UK Market

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support the UK market for Michael Page. You will drive talent sourcing, conduct market research, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while collaborating closely with consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proactive sourcing across databases, social media, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks aligned with market needs.
• Own market research and talent mapping initiatives to provide strategic insights.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews in English and other relevant languages.
• Collaborate with consultants on project goals, timelines, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and champion data quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing methodologies and operational workflows.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the UK market.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong business ethics, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
