Regional Growth Associate

About the role

Qida, a social impact scale-up founded in Barcelona in 2018, provides home-care services for the elderly, supported by insurance, data and technology. The Regional Growth Associate owns local growth in every market, defines and executes the growth strategy with autonomy, and reports directly to the Regional Director while working closely with the Prescription, Acquisition, Brand, Salesforce Effectiveness and Ops Excellence teams. The role is hands-on, in the field and in the markets.

Key responsibilities

• Pricing and operating model: lead the definition of the pricing model and the scope of services for each market.
• Local growth actions: run guerrilla marketing, manage local commercial offices where applicable, and test new ideas before scaling them.
• Market intelligence: benchmark competitors, track growth metrics via dashboards, identify M&A assets and propose price and service improvements.
• Growth orchestration: organise and sponsor local activities with the Prescription team, identify new prescriber portfolios and B2B agreements, run local paid and social campaigns, and activate local branding.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in growth, city launch or local expansion roles in start-ups, scale-ups or buy-and-build platforms.
• Fluent Spanish (C1 level).
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona with frequent presence in the region's markets; ideally has a private car and is willing to travel.
• Comfortable with data, able to build and track own metrics and dashboards.
• Strong people skills, able to influence teams that do not report to them, and extremely hands-on.
