Regional Key Account Manager – Madrid

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to lead our Modern Trade channel across the Madrid region. In this fast‑moving FMCG environment you will shape sales strategy, strengthen strategic partnerships and drive growth while maintaining close relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key account management activities and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Customer Team Managers to align initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and develop compelling sales arguments with trade marketing and category management.
• Identify new business development opportunities within the retail channel.
• Manage P&L, oversee sales forecasting and ensure accurate commercial planning.
• Monitor promotions, guarantee flawless execution and leverage data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading FMCG environments, especially within the Modern Trade channel.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of financials and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, decisive, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
