Regional Manager LPG

About the role

The Regional Manager LPG oversees all aspects of LPG supply, shipping, distribution, safety and operations across the assigned region. This senior position drives business growth, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and builds strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LPG sales, operations and safety throughout the region.
• Collaborate with market General Managers to support sales and safe operations.
• Develop and expand the wholesale LPG sales segment.
• Negotiate and manage supply agreements for LPG deliveries by vessel.
• Oversee supply chain and shipping activities.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop the regional team, including training plans.
• Create and execute business strategies to increase growth and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Prepare budgets, financial plans and regular performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, company policies and industry standards.
• Develop operational policies and procedures for efficient execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of LPG experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of developing and executing growth‑oriented business strategies.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and travel frequently within the region.
