Regulatory Case Specialist (French)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Case Specialist to join the Communications team at eDreams ODIGEO in Barcelona. The role focuses on handling consumer regulatory complaints, data‑protection cases and legal inquiries, supporting the VIP Customer Communications function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal customer complaints, including consumer‑organisation files, court cases and regulatory consumer cases.
• Handle data‑protection consumer‑rights cases in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Coordinate with Legal Counsels on inquiries related to customer complaints to ensure high‑quality service.
• Support VIP and sensitive customer complaints, social‑care channels and direct complaints addressed to CSM members.
• Contribute to VIP Communications projects and collaborate with team members as needed.
• Measure, analyse and report on the results of initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong judgement, tact, diplomacy and crisis‑communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and organized work style.
• Customer‑oriented, able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in G Suite.
• Native‑level written French and professional English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Background in tourism or travel sector.
