Remote Support Engineer – French-speaking (Barcelona) – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Remote Support Engineer to join our Barcelona team. You will provide expert technical assistance for industrial 3D printers, working remotely and on‑site as needed, while contributing to the growth of our global technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote support for industrial 3D printers, diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Escalate to on‑site assistance (parts or Field Service Engineer dispatch) when problems cannot be resolved remotely.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, updating them on case status.
• Document all interactions and case history in the CRM system for proper hand‑over and reporting.
• Contribute knowledge to the internal Knowledge Management System.
• Assist Care Center agents and customers with product features, specifications, parts compatibility, maintenance routines, and technical queries.
• Support Field Service Engineers during on‑site troubleshooting when required.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with proficient English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in customer‑facing technical support roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphics‑arts products and ability to read electrical/electronic diagrams.
