Research Manager – Communication Sciences

About the role

The University of A Coruña is seeking a Research Manager to support the coordination and delivery of several communication‑science projects, including Talentos Inclusivos, EDIGIT, and the XoveTIC conference. The role will be based at the CITIC centre and will involve close collaboration with academic staff, external partners, and participating schools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inclusive educational activities and develop accessible teaching materials for the Talentos Inclusivos project.
• Manage technical and administrative monitoring of the EDIGIT Erasmus+ project, including partner liaison and resource production.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and guidelines for project initiatives and CITIC activities.
• Assist in the promotion, scheduling, and paper submission process for the XoveTIC conference.
• Organise outreach events, citizen‑science actions, and social knowledge‑transfer activities across all initiatives.

Required profile

• Master‑level education in communication sciences, social sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination, especially within academic or research environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
