Reservations & Distribution Manager

About the role

FRAM Hospitality is seeking a detail‑oriented Reservations & Distribution Manager to lead the reservations function for its Base Aparthotels portfolio and the upcoming 4‑5 star hotel in Verbier. Based in our centralized back‑office in Barcelona, you will ensure seamless guest experiences across all booking channels while supporting the pre‑opening and launch of the new property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full reservations process across OTAs, direct bookings, email and phone channels.
• Supervise and coach the reservations team, ensuring high‑quality guest communication and service standards.
• Maintain accurate availability, rates and content on all distribution platforms.
• Collaborate with revenue teams to align pricing and availability strategies.
• Identify and resolve system discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across PMS and booking tools.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to guarantee a smooth guest journey.
• Play an active role in the pre‑opening, launch and operational readiness of the Verbier hotel.
• Analyze booking patterns, propose process improvements and drive performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality reservations, distribution or revenue management.
• Previous experience supervising a reservations team.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑property environment.

Required skills

• Mews PMS (or similar property management system).
• Familiarity with major OTAs and booking platforms.
