Retail Trainee

About the role

As a Retail Trainee you will support the Retail Management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our boutiques across Iberia. This office‑based position offers hands‑on exposure to luxury retail processes, from visual merchandising to client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of digital tools used by sales associates, performing weekly follow‑ups on boutique upkeep.
• Coordinate orders for visual merchandising elements, track budgets for VM initiatives, and support animation orders.
• Update and analyse CRM key performance indicators, contribute to client‑eling campaigns, and help with client targeting and budget follow‑up.
• Support bespoke client experiences by arranging hotel/restaurant bookings, researching luxury experiences, and translating or proofreading client communications.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve client issues, following up with sales associates to ensure timely outcomes.
