Retail/Commercial Director Iberia

About the role

Le Creuset is looking for a senior leader to drive its retail‑led commercial strategy across Spain and Portugal. Based in Barcelona, you will shape the brand’s market presence, strengthen client relationships and ensure store operations deliver growth and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial execution across all channels, ensuring KPI delivery and brand alignment.
• Optimize channel strategy to balance growth, efficiency and positioning.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail network, key accounts and partnerships.
• Strengthen contractual frameworks and commercial discipline.
• Transform the commercial organisation to support long‑term strategy, improve sales processes and embed best‑in‑class ways of working.
• Build and lead high‑performing, cross‑functional teams in both countries, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Drive retail and wholesale excellence, overseeing store experience, visual merchandising, operations and productivity.
• Represent the brand with key partners and negotiate improved commercial conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of retail experience with direct‑operated store ownership.
• Proven multi‑channel growth track record and deep understanding of retail drivers, operations and customer experience.
• Strong leadership experience managing complex, cross‑functional teams across countries.
• Ability to develop talent, set clear objectives and hold teams accountable.
