Revenue Operations Senior Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Revenue Operations Senior Manager in Madrid. The role shapes and optimizes the core processes of the commercial teams, combining strategic vision with operational expertise and working with diverse cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and implement the core processes of all commercial teams, aligned with Fever's growth objectives and improving resource use
• Partner with commercial team leaders to identify bottlenecks and deliver solutions
• Drive end-to-end projects that improve performance across markets and regions in up to 40 countries
• Manage, mentor and inspire a team of up to five people
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders in a multinational environment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related STEM field
• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, analytical and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities
• Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus
