Room Attendant (Camarero/a de Pisos) – Hotel Occidental Cala Viñas

About the role
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at Hotel Occidental Cala Viñas in Mallorca. The role involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cleaning materials, products, tools and equipment for daily tasks.
- Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture, fixtures and amenities.
- Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and report any damages.
- Attend to guest requests, handle lost‑and‑found items and address complaints according to hotel protocol.
- Collect used linens and send them to laundry, maintain cleanliness of work equipment.
Required profile
- Basic education (ESO or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping position is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Customer‑oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail, motivation, responsibility and good organizational skills.
