About the role

We are looking for recent graduates or first‑time job seekers to join our Sales Academy in Barcelona. You will learn the fundamentals of selling hotel‑technology solutions, work with hotel owners, and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop confidence.

Key responsibilities

Learn sales fundamentals and how to engage with customers.
Assist hotel owners in understanding how SiteMinder’s platform supports their business.
Work towards clear, achievable sales targets with guidance from coaches.
Present solutions and communicate ideas confidently as you progress.
Use our CRM system to track conversations and activities.
Participate in industry events and customer meetings with team support.

Required profile

Recent graduate or first‑time job seeker.
Motivated by commercial sales and performance‑driven environments.
Fluent in German (C2 level) and comfortable communicating in English.
Friendly, curious, and willing to learn with good communication skills.
Positive attitude, open to feedback and eager to grow.
