About the role
Factorial is seeking a Sales Account Executive to lead the expansion of its HR SaaS solution in the French market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and nurture outbound leads across the French market.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve and exceed sales quota.
- Lead high‑level meetings with C‑suite and VP‑level executives, handling discovery, demos, negotiations and closures.
- Provide accurate activity and revenue forecasts and maintain pipeline health.
- Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.
- Position Factorial’s product effectively and support prospects through the decision‑making process.
Required profile
- Native French speaker with professional English proficiency.
- Previous experience in sales, customer satisfaction, project management or related fields.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Excellent communication, active listening and presentation skills.
- Detail‑oriented, accountable, creative, self‑motivated and team‑oriented.

- Transparent salary grid ranging from €35,000 to €60,000 OTE (70/30 fixed/variable split).
