Sales & Account Manager – French Market

About the role

Weekendesk is seeking an experienced Sales & Account Manager to lead its French market portfolio from Barcelona. You will work directly with 200‑250 French hotels, driving growth, negotiating contracts and ensuring strong partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure profitable contracts with hotel partners.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns.
• Monitor competition, analyse KPIs and make data‑driven decisions.
• Develop action plans to boost sales and support under‑performing hotels.
• Advocate for customers while strengthening partner relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong negotiation and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, multi‑task environments.
• Experience in tourism is a plus, but not mandatory.
