About the role
Bimba y Lola is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Mallorca store. You will act as the main brand ambassador, delivering a high‑level customer experience and supporting the growth of the brand in Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the customer journey, from greeting to final sale.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales support.
- Maintain stock accuracy, receive deliveries, and keep the stockroom organized.
- Arrange merchandise on the shop floor and implement visual‑merchandising guidelines, including window displays.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales roles.
- Strong sense of fashion and ability to understand client needs.
- Team‑player attitude with good listening skills.
