Sales Assistant (Retail) – Madrid

About the role

Bimba y Lola is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Madrid store team. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a high‑standard customer experience and helping to spread the company’s creative culture across Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the entire customer journey, from greeting to checkout.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain stock levels: count inventory, organise deliveries, and keep the stockroom tidy.
• Arrange merchandise on the shop floor following visual‑merchandising guidelines and support window‑display updates.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer‑facing retail or sales role.
• Strong sense of fashion and ability to understand client needs.
• Team‑player attitude with good listening skills.
