Sales Designer – Barcelona

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Designer to join our fast‑fashion team in Barcelona. The role combines creative design work with client‑facing sales activities, supporting international customers and our production hub in China.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare seasonal developments, including fabrics, swatches and sample creation.
• Participate in design meetings and translate concepts into tangible samples.
• Coordinate with internal teams after each meeting and maintain regular visits with the design department.
• Analyse trends – yarns, textures, colours and silhouettes – to inform collections.
• Build and nurture client relationships through visits, feedback sessions and presentations.
• Collaborate with Chinese production teams to ensure quality, feasibility and timely delivery.
• Travel across Europe and Asia for sourcing, trend research and client meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fast‑fashion or similar environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with brands such as Inditex, Mango or other fast‑fashion labels is a plus.
• Strong sales and presentation abilities with a solid understanding of fast‑fashion dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent hand‑sketching and illustration capabilities.
