Sales Development Representative – German Speaking (Hybrid, Barcelona)

About the role

Boomi is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative who speaks German to join its fast‑growing EMEA Inside Sales team in Barcelona. This hybrid position combines remote work with on‑site collaboration, giving you the chance to launch a career in technology sales while supporting AI‑driven data integration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales pipeline for the DACH region using outbound sales methodology.
• Conduct account mapping, research contacts and sell to a defined account base.
• Apply the MEDDPICC sales framework to engage prospects, uncover integration challenges and position Boomi’s value.
• Design, launch and manage outbound campaigns from first touch to sales‑qualified lead.
• Partner with Account Executives for coaching and to expand the opportunity pipeline.
• Deliver a compelling first impression of Boomi solutions and advance prospects to the next sales stage.
• Meet monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of corporate experience after graduation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and fluent German.
• Strong interest in technology, AI and integration software.
• Motivation to build a career in tech sales.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MEDDPICC (MEDDICC) sales methodology.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and account‑based selling.
