Sales Development Representative – US Market (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the U.S. market, based in our Barcelona office. The SDR will generate qualified leads for boutique fitness studios across the United States, supporting bsport’s expansion into this high‑growth market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new boutique fitness studios in the United States.
• Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns and cold‑call potential clients.
• Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with founders, studio managers and decision‑makers.
• Personalize outreach with video and creative messaging to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to refine the U.S. sales strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a client‑facing role, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Strong interest in the boutique fitness industry and technology‑driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with a remote international team.
