Sales Engineer - Independent Aftermarket

About the role

As an Independent Aftermarket Sales Engineer based in Malaga, you will build long‑term partnerships with customers in the hydraulic aftermarket space, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions that improve performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with key customers, becoming their primary contact.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the aftermarket sector.
• Expand the partner network and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
• Understand customer challenges and deliver practical, value‑driven hydraulic solutions.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure reliability, satisfaction, and long‑term success.
• Monitor market trends and gaps to enhance product and service offerings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in mobile hydraulics.
• Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• Strong passion for customer satisfaction with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, strategic thinker with a results‑driven mindset.
