Sales Executive – French Market (Barcelona)

About the role

Click&Boat, Europe’s leading boat‑rental marketplace, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Barcelona office and drive growth in the French‑speaking market. You will work with a dedicated sales team to turn warm leads into satisfied customers, helping them find and book the perfect boat for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Understand French‑speaking customers’ requirements and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate with boat owners to secure the best deals for clients, using only warm leads already in the pipeline.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to booking confirmation, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business by delivering a seamless experience.
• Achieve an annual sales target, with performance bonuses for over‑achievement.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off to guarantee two days off each week.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing and upselling.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive mindset and strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Excellent communication in French and English.
