Sales Executive – French Market (Barcelona)

About the role

Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Barcelona office and serve French‑speaking customers. You will act as the main point of contact for clients interested in renting boats, guiding them from inquiry to booking.

Key responsibilities

• Understand French‑speaking customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate the best deals with boat owners, working only with warm leads already in the pipeline.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion rates and accompany customers through the entire booking process.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for repeat business.
• Meet an annual sales target, with performance bonuses for over‑achievement.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off to maintain a two‑day weekend.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a marketplace or service‑oriented environment.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle autonomously, from prospecting to closing and upselling.
• Team‑player who takes initiative and prioritises customer satisfaction.
