Sales Executive - French Market

About the role

Join Click&Boat’s fast‑growing sales team in Barcelona as a Sales Executive focused on the French market. You will work with warm leads, helping French‑speaking customers find and book the perfect boat while delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and advise them on boat selection.
• Negotiate the best deals with boat owners for warm leads.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion and guide customers through the booking process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for repeat business.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle autonomously.
• Team‑player attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
