About the role

Perk is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the French market. You will prospect new customers, present tailored solutions, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations customized to each prospect.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Provide market feedback to shape go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales quotas and KPIs.

Required profile

  • Native French speaker.
  • Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
