Sales Executive HVAC - Spain

About the role

Bosch Home Comfort is looking for a Sales Executive for its HVAC business in Spain, based in Las Rozas de Madrid. The role develops, manages and expands a client portfolio in Catalonia (property owners, engineering firms, installers and distributors) to promote the sale of Hitachi products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and expand a client portfolio in Catalonia, including property owners, engineering firms, installers and distributors.
• Conduct technical analyses and oversee implementation so that products are used effectively in HVAC projects.
• Prepare detailed cost proposals and budgets that are competitive and meet client expectations.
• Organise and run training sessions, technical visits and strategic meetings to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Manage project tracking from start to sale completion, supporting design and installation teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Carry out ongoing market analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Solid experience in technical and commercial sales within the HVAC and air conditioning sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
• Organised professional with excellent communication skills, proactive, able to work independently and in a team, results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC products.
• Knowledge of equipment selection software and experience using Salesforce CRM will be valued.
