About the role
Alan is looking for a Sales Learning & Development Specialist to elevate the performance of its sales organization across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will combine user research with pedagogy to design and deliver training that turns salespeople into trusted advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Spend time in the field to identify gaps in sales skills and performance.
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs covering sales techniques, insurance knowledge, legal environment and product mastery.
- Build training assets by collaborating with internal experts and senior leadership.
- Experiment with engaging formats to maximise adoption and impact.
- Orchestrate large‑scale events (e.g., Sales Kick‑Off, Back to School) for 100+ sales professionals across three countries, managing agenda, budgets and stakeholder coordination.
- Support change‑management initiatives as the organisation scales to new markets and products.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing and delivering sales training or enablement programs.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess performance data and uncover learning needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior sales leaders and subject‑matter experts.
- Ability to travel across the covered countries and adapt training to diverse markets.
