About the role
The company is an international supplier of construction, infrastructure and industrial materials seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Spain and Europe. Based in Madrid, you will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and account management, focusing on building and industrial products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, approach and build relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and strategic partners.
- Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing and ongoing account development.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities, customer needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures and contractual terms.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development or commercial management experience.
- Proven background in building materials, construction materials, industrial products or related sectors.
- Existing network within the construction or building materials industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Spain and Europe.

- Commercial mindset with solid financial awareness.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively and results‑oriented.
