Sales Representative – OOH (Field Sales) in Valencia

About the role

At Ferrero, we are looking for a passionate and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our OOH team in Valencia. You will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring excellent point‑of‑sale execution across your assigned territory, representing some of the world’s most loved brands in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, conduct regular visits and build long‑term partnerships.
• Secure optimal visibility for Ferrero products through sales negotiation, shelf placement and secondary displays.
• Generate and manage orders, monitor stock levels and support promotional activities.
• Execute trade‑marketing initiatives, review assortments and introduce new products.
• Analyse sales data, segment customers and implement actions to improve territory performance.
• Collaborate with key‑account teams and wholesalers to execute commercial plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development, preferably in FMCG, OOH, foodservice or HoReCa.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and influence customers.
• Analytical mindset to use data for performance monitoring and route productivity.
• Proactive, organised, resilient and highly motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
