Salesforce Functional Lead

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead in Madrid. The role leads internal Salesforce development and optimization projects, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the business model, technology stack and team workflows to lead internal Salesforce development and optimization projects
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze, document and improve processes across Sales, Operations, Billing, Legal, Operations and Customer Service
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce CRM solutions, with functional design, advanced configuration and collaboration with developers on Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and solution designs
• Lead end-to-end initiatives: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-release support
• Keep up with Salesforce releases and best practices, and act as a subject matter expert coaching colleagues
• Show strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills across departments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with the Salesforce Platform, ideally in consulting or product ownership
• Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects from requirements to go-live and adoption
• Solid understanding of sales, account management, customer service and/or marketing processes
• Experience managing stakeholders, priorities and dependencies in an agile product environment

Required skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and advanced configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation)
• Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components, with collaboration with developers
• Analytical, organizational and presentation skills
