SAP Product Manager Finance/Controlling

About the role

Airbus Helicopters (Albacete) is looking for an SAP Product Manager Finance/Controlling to join the EIIEEF team, part of the ERP functional experts team within the Enterprise Resource Planning team. The team supports the RUN and the implementation of changes in SAP systems, which form the backbone of Airbus Helicopters worldwide, and is involved in the New ERP program. The selected candidate will work in the Digital Campus, a hub for industrial digitalization and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of Airbus Helicopters' finance and controlling business processes, ideally end-to-end, and understand the key drivers and success measures of the business and its short-, mid- and long-term roadmap.
• Analyse business requirements in finance and controlling and translate them into implementation (IM) requirements and solutions mainly based on the SAP product portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation to retirement, working closely with ERP solution architects.
• Manage the implementation of finance and controlling processes into SAP S/4HANA, applying SAP standards wherever possible, with solution simplification, harmonization, data centricity and sustainability as main decision drivers.
• Take part in projects and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Degree in information technology, information management or similar.
• 3 to 5 years of functional experience with SAP products (SAP S/4HANA) for finance and controlling.
• Experience in activity management and follow-up, preferably with an understanding of agile methodologies.
• Advanced English; regular stays in France (Marignane) are appreciated for a smoother onboarding.

Required skills

• SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA (Fiori concept).
• Google Suite used daily; ABAP, ET and basic knowledge of system interfaces (IDoc, flat files, API, middleware) are a plus.
