About the role
The Scrum Master supports the development team and product owner in delivering incremental value each sprint. They educate others on Agile methodologies, facilitate the Scrum process, protect the team from interference, and remove obstacles to achieve sprint goals.
Key responsibilities
- Build and coach high‑performing, self‑organizing teams.
- Strengthen teams' understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and ensure alignment with project vision.
- Facilitate Scrum practices, bring transparency to the organization, and foster continuous improvement.
- Identify trade‑offs between short‑ and long‑term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.
Required profile
- Experienced in Scrum facilitation and Agile coaching.
- Ability to create a safe working environment and act as a shield from external distractions.
