Join a fast-paced, global leader in the local delivery sector. As a Senior Account Manager within our prestigious XL Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing Glovo Spain's most significant partners, driving growth and excellence for our largest national brands.
Missions principales
- End-to-end Account Management: Take full ownership of a high-value portfolio, managing everything from strategic relationship building to daily operational execution.
- Strategic Business Reviews: Lead structured business meetings, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), to align on goals and performance.
- Growth & Performance: Identify new commercial opportunities and implement strategic levers to maximize partner performance and revenue.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Advertising, and Marketing teams to ensure all commercial commitments are met.
- Promotional Execution: Design and pilot promotional activations to drive engagement and satisfaction for our key partners.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in managing large-scale accounts or high-profile corporate clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- High level of rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-level business negotiations.
