Senior Advertising Account Manager – Madrid, Spain

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Advertising Account Manager to lead our most strategic agency and brand relationships in Spain. Based in Madrid, you will act as the primary strategic partner, helping clients scale performance through our end‑to‑end ad‑tech services and driving long‑term growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own a premium enterprise portfolio of agency and advertiser accounts, delivering data‑driven strategic guidance.
• Identify and close new business opportunities, upselling and cross‑selling advanced product features.
• Provide consultative insights, analyze performance data and create custom recommendations to maximise client ROI.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage long‑term partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful campaign implementation, optimisation and integration of tracking and conversion APIs.
• Travel as needed to meet partners across the regional footprint.

Required profile

• 5+ years of client‑facing experience in digital advertising, online media or premium ad‑tech platforms (8+ years for a client‑success lead).
• Native or fluent Spanish and strong written and spoken English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven track record of account expansion and revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms and ad‑tech solutions.
• Experience navigating tracking frameworks and server‑to‑server / conversion API integrations.
• Strong technical aptitude for campaign setup, optimisation and troubleshooting.
