Senior AI Engineer – Internal Automation (Forward Deployed)

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to accelerate its company-wide AI transformation. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role embedded with business teams, working end to end from discovery to production.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow real workflows in business teams and identify where AI can genuinely save time.
• Design and ship AI systems such as LLM applications, agents, RAG pipelines, chatbots and automated workflows.
• Own the full lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, production deployment and adoption, with no handoffs.
• Measure the time and effort recovered and refine solutions based on real usage.
• Prioritize your own roadmap and work autonomously within a small AI enablement squad.

Required profile

• 6+ years of software engineering with hands-on production experience shipping AI systems, not just prototypes or research.
• A track record of owning a project end to end alone, from discovery to rollout.
• Ability to figure out what to build in a business domain without a brief.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Python, APIs, microservices and databases.
• LLM frameworks such as LangGraph or LlamaIndex, agentic workflows or similar.
