Senior AI Trainer

About the role

CBRE Europe Advisory is launching a progressive AI skills programme and seeks a Senior AI Trainer to design and deliver its flagship Level 3 offering. The role involves creating live, bespoke expert sessions that align with CBRE’s business lines, tools and use cases across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver live AI training sessions tailored to CBRE’s advisory practice, building on foundational learning from Levels 1 and 2.
• Conduct needs analysis with internal stakeholders to identify relevant AI use cases, workflows and pain points.
• Develop practical, immediately applicable content covering Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Google Gemini, GPT and other generative‑AI tools.
• Facilitate engaging sessions for mixed‑experience audiences across multiple markets, adapting style as required.
• Track engagement, gather feedback and iterate on curriculum to maintain relevance.
• Collaborate with the AI Lead and HR/L&D functions to integrate sessions into the broader Academy calendar.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI training or change programmes in large, complex organisations.
• Track record of operating at Director level or above and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working across several European markets with cultural and linguistic sensitivity.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, able to make complex concepts accessible.
• Ability to translate strategic AI priorities into role‑relevant learning content.
