Senior Analyst – Insurance Product & Service Value Proposition

About the role

As a Senior Analyst for Insurance Product & Service Value Proposition, you will drive fast time‑to‑market for new insurance products and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal processes and partner requirements. Based in the Boadilla del Monte office, you will work closely with insurance partners, regulatory teams, and internal stakeholders to shape the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate time‑to‑market for new products and product changes, managing internal and partner processes.
• Coordinate product approval and launch activities across all markets.
• Define product policies, procedures, and minimum standards aligned with customer needs, market practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead product oversight governance, monitoring lifecycle performance and compiling evidence for decisions.
• Ensure product offers and distribution schemes comply with local regulations and anticipate legal changes.
• Validate product delivery by insurers, challenging pricing, customer value, profitability, and features.
• Conduct deep economic analysis of product performance for Openbank as a distributor.
• Support tender processes, partner selection, and product negotiations for new insurance solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and product governance.
• Experience coordinating product approvals and launches across multiple markets.
• Ability to analyze product economics and profitability.
• Proven track record in managing tender processes and partner negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
