Senior Android Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join Super’s Playstack team, building the platform that powers next‑generation sports, gaming and fan experiences for millions of users worldwide. You will turn beautiful designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code while tackling challenges of scalability, reliability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality Android applications using Kotlin or Java.
• Ensure code is optimised for performance, scalability and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define, prototype and ship new features.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide technical insight for product ideas.
• Continuously improve the technology stack by adopting best practices and exploring new tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Android app development with a strong portfolio of released applications.
• Deep knowledge of the Android SDK and modern architectural patterns.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Strong proficiency with Git version control.
• Commitment to code quality, testing and documentation.
