Senior Campaign Project Manager – eCommerce & Digital

About the role

The Campaign Project Manager (CPM) leads end‑to‑end delivery of eCommerce and digital campaigns across multiple European markets. Acting as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams, the CPM ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital and eCommerce campaigns, from brief to final delivery, adhering to SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including production, transcreation, QA, and syndication—across markets, languages, and channels.
• Serve as the main client contact and brand ambassador, providing proactive, solution‑focused communication.
• Oversee asset creation and adaptation for Amazon, PDPs, newsletters, social media, display ads, and other digital deliverables.
• Ensure all assets meet marketplace requirements, platform best practices, and brand guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow tools to support transparency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex eCommerce or digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a detail‑orientated approach to project delivery.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
