Senior Commercial Lawyer

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring an in-house Senior Commercial Lawyer in Barcelona. The role sits inside the commercial team and focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts so that each agreement becomes a strategic partnership, a new app feature or a revenue-driving deal. The ideal candidate is a business enabler who gives quick, pragmatic legal advice in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements such as partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement and supplier contracts
• Draft and update Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models
• Handle cross-border agreements between Spain and the headquarters
• Lead cross-functional projects such as the T&Cs overhaul, balancing legal risk with business objectives
• Propose and lead the implementation of new processes and legal frameworks

Required profile

• Degree in Law; a Master's degree (e.g. Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía, LLM or a corporate/commercial master's) and admission to the Spanish Bar are highly valued
• 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally combining a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech environment
• Bilingual or near-native English and Spanish, written and spoken, as documents are drafted in both languages
• Strong commercial law knowledge, with the ability to handle regulatory, IP and platform issues
• High autonomy, problem-solving ability and strong business acumen

Required skills

• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience with Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models
• Previous exposure to digital platforms, e-commerce or the tech sector is a significant plus
