Senior Communication Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Communication Specialist at Nalanda, you will shape and execute the external communication strategy that reinforces our market position and builds trust across our ecosystem. The role blends corporate communications, public relations, media relations, LinkedIn, and stakeholder messaging to convey the value we bring to the construction and built‑environment sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Nalanda’s corporate communication plan.
• Define, refine and activate key messages for audiences including clients, prospects, suppliers, partners, media, associations and industry stakeholders.
• Translate strategic business priorities into clear communication angles, narratives and messaging.
• Ensure consistency of tone, positioning and messaging across all channels, campaigns and external touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer teams, leadership, agencies and external partners to maintain coherent and impactful communication.

Required profile

• Strong communication judgement with excellent writing skills.
• Corporate sensitivity and the ability to translate complex B2B topics into clear, credible messages.
• Experience working closely with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Sales and Product.
• Proven ability to manage PR, media relations and stakeholder communications as strategic growth levers.
