Senior Consultant - Marketing Software

About the role

Senior Consultant in Veeva’s European Professional Services team, partnering with global pharma organisations to implement Veeva Commercial Cloud products (PromoMats/DAM, Medical) and deliver AI‑powered solutions that enhance data‑driven customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery for implementation projects, acting as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, and stream lead.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimise and harmonise processes and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise and SMB customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in technology implementation projects (Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect).
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com.
• Background working with pharmaceutical, consumer health or medical device organisations.
• Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect solutions and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English; additional language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% internationally.
