Senior Corporate Controller

About the role

Renvolt is establishing itself as an independent entity and seeks a Senior Corporate Controller to provide a consolidated view of the group’s financial performance. The role partners directly with the CFO and the Head of Planning & Business Controlling to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group‑level planning and forecasting, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and long‑range planning (LRP).
• Standardize, harmonize and improve financial‑controlling processes, with a focus on digitalisation, automation and business intelligence.
• Produce consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and cash‑flow statements for internal and shareholder reporting.
• Monitor and analyse working capital components (AR, AP, WIP, contract assets/liabilities) and deliver monthly dashboards.
• Coordinate cash‑collection initiatives, forecast short‑ and medium‑term cash needs, and work with Treasury on funding and intercompany balances.
• Ensure compliance with governance, internal controls and risk‑mitigation procedures.
• Track headcount efficiency, labour‑rate calculations (PRU) and allocate indirect costs across business lines.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with extensive experience in corporate controlling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate consolidated financial statements and KPI dashboards.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working closely with senior executives (CFO, CEO).
• Demonstrated track record of improving processes, data quality and automation.
