Senior Data & AI Analyst

About the role

The Senior Data & AI Analyst joins Greystar’s Data & Analytics team, initially focusing on Spain and later supporting other markets as needed. The role drives operational excellence by generating and analysing performance reports, leveraging AI tools to accelerate and enhance reporting accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop consistent, accurate KPIs and reports for stakeholders, using AI‑assisted tools to speed build, testing and quality assurance.
• Support the Spain Operational Management team with financial and data analysis activities.
• Deliver internal (e.g., weekly) and external (investor, client) reporting, including leasing and occupancy performance tracking.
• Identify opportunities for rental growth or corrective marketing actions based on data insights.
• Field data and reporting requests from property, regional, operations, asset management and client services teams.
• Act as the regional Subject Matter Expert for AI, promoting adoption of AI tools such as Claude.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate closely with operational, asset management and senior leadership teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to gather and interpret market, client and portfolio data.
