Senior Designer – AI, Insights & Solutions

About the role

Join Bain’s AI, Insights & Solutions team as a Senior Designer, working within a multidisciplinary digital practice that blends analytics, engineering, product management, and design. You will help clients transform their businesses by applying human‑centered design to data‑driven strategies and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end strategic design process, turning insights into bold, innovative concepts.
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative research, producing personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Co‑lead ideation workshops and translate business concepts into compelling visual storytelling.
• Prototype across low‑ to high‑fidelity levels and run pilots to test desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage workstreams and ensure high‑impact delivery.
• Align multidisciplinary teams on priorities and facilitate productive, co‑creative client engagements.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a strong design leadership mindset.
• Experience applying Human‑Centered Design to complex business problems.
• Proven ability to conduct qualitative research and translate findings into actionable design artifacts.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with consultants, engineers, and clients.
• Comfortable leading workshops, storytelling, and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
